We personally don't like to be fixed on square footage or per photo. Every house is unique and requires a different level of attention so we base it on hours (No overcharging or undercharging). Agents already have so much on their plate so we take some of the pressure off by not forcing them to determine the number of photos and requirements.

Basic Photo shoot

Interior and exterior photos with basic editing: Starting at $135. Usually for houses under $135k that would only require about 10 photos. Great for apartments or rentel units.

Advanced Photo Shoot

Interior and exterior photos with advanced editing: Starting at $200 and larger/higher end homes would be discussed onsite.

Aerial photos: Starting at $125 and larger/higher end homes would just be discussed onsite. Certified FAA Part 107 Licensed Commercial Pilot

Virtual twilight photo: $50

Virtual Staging: $30

Video: Starting at $300

Vertical Reels: Starting at $125 (15-30sec reels for instagram/youtube shorts/tiktok)

Adding property line animation and call outs to video: Starting at $50

Interviews: Starting at $650. Professional lighting, professional mic and high end video quality.

Floor Plans: Starting at $75
