Need help understanding how we can help your computer.

Computers are like cars, if you do not change your oil your car will have trouble running and cause it to break down.  For computers, if you install too many programs or download free music it causes the computer to run slow or freeze.  Computer's should be rebuilt every year to make sure your computer is running like you want it to.

What do we mean by Rebuild? First, we start off by saving all your important files (school papers, documents, pictures, data that you will need in the future) that you requested to our server.  Then we will begin the rebuild.  This means that we will delete all the files that have been saved, downloaded, and installed on your computer.  Do not worry we will replace your software and files!!  Now that there are no files on your computer we begin to install the newest software programs.  We only install the programs that will be virus free and that will help your computer run and stay running without viruses.  After we have installed all the software we will scan all the the files that was saved from your computer to check for viruses.  Then we will copy the files back to your computer.

M.S. Design's Process of Computer Build.

M.S. Design will be contacted by a new Customer.

M.S. Design will request contact information from Customer and then Email out form or give link to form.  Provide what we will be doing to the computer.  etc....

Customer will fill out form for Service request.

Customer will contact M.S. Design to schedule Pickup or delivery of computer.

M.S. Design technician will confirm that the Service request form is properly filled out.

M.S. Design will then copy customer folder over to Server.

Then M.S. Design will begin the process of rebuilding the computer.

Format Hard drive.

Reinstalling software that is provided in the Service Request form.

Run virus scan of copied files.

M.S. Design technician will fill out form of completion plus services that should be updated on Customers computer.

M.S. Design will contact customer to schedule drop off or Pickup.
